The BOE publishes the new price of tobacco from this Saturday, October 31: these are the brands affected

The price of tobacco changes again this Saturday, October 31, 2026 in tobacconists on the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, as well as in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. The Ministry of Finance has published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) the new retail prices (RRP) of different brands of cigars, cigarillos and rolling and pipe bites that update those of the week beforeamong which are AJ Fernandez, Avo, Capitol, Flandria or Steeple.

These new prices are included in the Resolution of October 30, 2026of the Presidency of the Commissioner for the Tobacco Market, which establishes the cost of the different tobacco products, including the corresponding taxes. The changes come into force this Saturday, after their publication in the BOE.

It should be noted that this update does not represent a general increase in prices, but only affects certain products, whose cost may increase or decrease, while the rest of the brands maintain their prices unchanged. In addition, this week the price of a bite of rolling in Ceuta and Melilla is also modified.

New price of tobacco from October 31

Starting this Saturday, October 31, 2026, the modifications in the retail price (RRP) for the different affected tobacco brands, taking into account the different taxes in the Tobacco and Stamp Stores of the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, are as follows:

New price of tobacco in Ceuta and Melilla

Likewise, starting this Saturday, October 31, the price of tobacco in the tobacconists of Ceuta and Melilla will also change, although in this case it only affects one roll-your-own product.

Flandria

• Flandria Virginia (30 g): 4.30 euros/unit.

The most expensive and cheapest brands

Not all tobacco brands cost the same and with the new changes in prices, some become the most expensive and others the cheapest. Among the news published in the BOE, Steeple American Mix (350 g) stands out above all, which with a price of 71.80 euros per unit is the most expensive brand in this new price list, among all those that change their price this week, of course. We must also take into account My Father Sampler Original Of 5, which reaches 69.00 euros per container of five units.

In the case of cigars and cigarillos sold per unit, the most expensive brand on the new list is Oliva, with its Limited Edition 2026 at 21.00 euros, followed by Maradona Robusto Tribute Edition, with a price of 17.50 euros per unit.

On the contrary, the cheapest brand in the new list of the Commissioner for the Tobacco Market is Piccolo Maduro (50), from El Viejo Continente, with a price of 4.00 euros per unit. As for the pipe bites, Anda Cujaté (50 g) stands at 4.95 euros, while among the rolling bites the lowest price in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands corresponds to El Royo (30 g), with 5.50 euros per unit.

Other types of tobacco, such as cigarettes, maintain their prices unchanged this week, since the resolution does not include changes for this category.
