Each of these scallops is composed of the meat of the mollusk itself, onion, olive oil, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, sugar, white wine, concentrated tomato, fish broth, salt, parsley, sweet paprika, hot paprika and bay leaf, plus other ingredients to give it flavor.

Its main nutritional attraction is 7.6 grams of protein per 100 grams of scallops. In addition, it contains 5.4 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbohydrates and 1.3 grams of salt. with so only 111 calories per 100 grams, this product is perfect for those who want to include seafood in their menu.

How to prepare scallops

On top of that, its preparation is very simple, since It can be cooked in both the air fryer and the oven. without the need to defrost it previously. If you choose the air fryer, you just have to separate them so that they cook evenly and program it for 18 minutes at about 160 degrees.

For those who prefer to use the oven, it is recommended to preheat it for 10 minutes at 190 degrees, with air both above and below. Place the tray with the scallops in the highest part of the oven and bake them for 20 minutes.
