How much is charged for permanent disability
The amount of the disability pension remains dependent on the regulatory basis and the degree of disability granted by Social Security. In the case of permanent partial disability, this is ignored, since it is not a recurring payment, but rather a single payment and it will be a compensation that is calculated based on 24 monthly payments of the regulatory base.
In the case of the total permanent disability For the usual profession, this corresponds to the 55% of the regulatory base and 75% (qualified permanent disability) when you are over 55 years old and do not have a job. The incapacity remain absolute For any profession or trade the amount will be 100% of the regulatory base and is charged for life.
In the case of the great disability, it will be 100% of the regulatory basein addition to adding the 45% of the current minimum contribution base at the time of recognition of the disability and 30% of the worker’s last contribution base. This last amount cannot be less than 45% of the pension for absolute disability, not including the supplement.
