The price of tobacco changes again in Spanish tobacconists from this Saturday, April 18, 2026. The Ministry of Finance has published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) updating the retail prices (RPP) of certain tobacco products. This is the Resolution of April 17, 2026, of the Presidency of the Commissioner for the Tobacco Market, which includes the new prices proposed by manufacturers and importers.
As usual, this update does not affect all brands nor does it necessarily imply general increases. The changes apply only to certain products, whose prices may increase or remain unchanged, while the rest remain unchanged. Furthermore, as stated in the resolution itself, the new prices come into force on the same day of their publication in the BOE, that is, from this Saturday, April 18, 2026.
New price of tobacco from April 18
As of this Saturday, April 18, 2026, these are the changes in the retail prices (RPP) in the Tobacco and Stamp Outlets of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, since no changes have been applied in the Canary Islands.
