The price of tobacco changes again. The Official State Gazette has published this Saturday, March 28, 2026, the new list of retail prices for different tobacco products in the Tobacco and Stamp Stores of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. The Resolution, signed on March 27 by the Presidency of the Commissioner for the Tobacco Market, includes the new amounts of various brands of cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, rolling bites and pipe bites, in accordance with the provisions of Law 13/1998.
It must be clarified that this update affects a specific selection of products and not all brands on the market. In this case, the resolution applies to tobacconists in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, so the Canary Islands are left out of this list. The BOE itself also clarifies that the new prices come into force on the same day of their publication, that is, from this Saturday, March 28.
Among the published changes is a new price for cigarettes such as Camel Legend 20S, set at 5.10 euros per pack. Along with this, numerous cigars and cigarillos are also updated by unit or by container, in addition to several references of rolling tobacco and pipe tobacco.
New tobacco prices from March 28
As of March 28, these are the new retail prices that must be applied in tobacconists for cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos and rolling and pipe bites in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Within the new list published this Saturday, one of the products with the highest price is Hoyo de Monterrey Destinos TR (20), which reaches 50 euros per unit. Also notable are Don José Titan 6 x 60, with 29 euros per container of 10, Gaudi 6 x 56 (20), with 28 euros, and WO Larsen Edition 2027 of 100 grams, with 25.50 euros.
At the opposite extreme, some of the cheapest references on the list appear, such as Backwoods Blue Cigar (5) and Backwoods Purple Cigar (5), both at 0.99 euros per unit, in addition to several Caliqueños and Marineros references, which are listed at 1 euro.
