The price of fuels, gasoline and diesel, is not surprised and continues up for the third consecutive week. From the end of summer, the service stations in Spain record increasingly high prices, as could Check last week. The European Union Petroleum Bulletin has made the new prices public, showing an increase of 0.13%.
Thus, the average price of diesel liter is placed at 1,411 euros this week of September, rising 07% compared to last week. And on the other hand, the average cost of the liter of gasoline has also rebounded, specifically 0.13% placing itself at 1,484 euros.

Despite these last three consecutive increases, the price of gasoline and diesel so far from 2025 has been 2.68% if the data of 2024 is taken into account and the diesel has dropped (but less) 2.21%.
How much does it cost to fill the diesel deposit in September
With the updated prices published by the EU European Bulletin, filling an average 55 -liter deposit of diesel is worth 77.6 euros, this is 2.4 euros more than on the same date last year, when it rose to 75.18 euros.
Gasoline vehicles must pay for filling the average deposit (55 liters) 81.62 euros (20 cents less than in 2024) when it cost 81.84 euros. It can be verified that the average cost of diesel is below that what marked when the Ukraine War began on February 24, 2022.
Then it cost 1,479 euros the liter. On the other hand, gasoline also remains below the price of 1,591 euros the liter it had at that time. Both fuels remain far from the maximum they recorded in 2022, when gasoline reached 2,141 euros and diesel the 2.1 euros.
The diesel already adds 134 weeks below the price of gasoline, and on this occasion, the trend is the same. Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it is the same except at one time (from August 2022 to February 2023 that the papers changed).

The most economical service station is in Córdoba, in Puente Genil (Laurel Street number 3) and is from Ballenoil. The liter of gasoline costs 1,239 euros. On the other hand, in the same municipality but Plenergy is paid for the liter of gasoline 95, 1,269 euros.

The Cartagena bus station, in Murcia, is also one of the cheapest with a price of 1,058 euros, followed by Puente Genil with 1,239 euros on Laurel Street.

With these levels, the price of 95 without lead gasoline is maintained below the European Union average, located at 1,629 euros per liter and the Eurozone with an average price of 1,678 euros.
In the case of diesel, the average price in Spain is lower than that of the EU average that is 1,537 euros and the euro zone with a price of 1,565 euros.
