The average price of electricity rises this Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to 29.91 euros/MWh. This means that electricity is paid 5.86% more expensive than on Tuesday, February 24, 1.66 euros more, when the price was 28.25 euros per megawatt hour, according to data published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE).

What time is electricity cheaper this Wednesday?

The cheapest hour will be between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., with a negative price of -0.81 euros/MWh. Light will be more economical in the central hours of the day.
