The average price of electricity tomorrow, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, will be 101.52 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) in the wholesale market, according to data provided by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE). Thus, electricity rises again by 13.16% regarding mondaypaying about 11.81 euros more for the ‘pool’.
In annual terms, the increase is even greater, since October 28, 2024the average price of electricity stood at 76.04 euros/MWh. That is, compared to a year ago, it has increased by 33.51%, which translates into 25.48 euros.

It must be kept in mind that these values, published by the OMIE, refer to the price within the wholesale market, where concepts such as taxes or tolls are not included. These are incorporated into the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (PVPC), which is the one that affects consumers with a regulated or indexed rate in the free market, and which is announced late in the afternoon.
When is electricity cheaper this Tuesday?
The cheapest hour of electricity will be from 12 to 13 hours, at a price of 60 euros/MWh. As happened on the last day, the cheapest slots will occur in the morning and early afternoon. In total, there will be up to 8 sections below 100 euros/MWh.
When is electricity most expensive tomorrow, Tuesday?
The maximum peak of electricity will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., when it will be paid at 142.24 euros/MWh. The most expensive hours of light again occur at different times of the day: early in the morning, late in the afternoon and at night.
