The price of electricity in Spain for this Saturday, October 11, 2025, drops slightly to 73.70 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), according to data published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE). This represents a decrease of 6.97% compared to this Friday, in which the price was 79.22 euros.
In annual terms, electricity has decreased by 18.71% compared to the October 11, 2024, which marked a price of 90.66 euros.
It should be noted that these prices refer to the values at which electricity is paid in the wholesale market. The data for consumers with a regulated or indexed rate in the free market will be published at the end of the afternoon, when the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (PVPC) is known.

The cheapest hour of electricity falls to 3.72 euros between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Although there will be several sections during the day below 5 euros.
When is electricity most expensive?
The maximum peak of electricity, which will be from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., will rise to 109.81 euros. More than half of the slots on Saturday will exceed 100 euros.
