The average price of electricity tomorrow, Saturday, November 29, 2025, will be 82.23 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) in the wholesale market, according to data published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE). In this way, electricity shows a small drop of 16.71% compared to this fridaypaying around 16.49 euros less for the ‘pool’.

Now, in annual terms, electricity experiences a greater drop of 35.33%. It is so because, November 29, 2024the average price of electricity stood at 127.16 euros/MWh, the difference being 44.92 euros.

It must be taken into account that this amount published by the OMIE refers to the wholesale market price, which does not include concepts such as taxes or tolls. These are included in the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (PVPC), which is the one that affects consumers with a regulated or indexed rate in the free market (it is published late in the afternoon by Red Eléctrica).

When is electricity cheaper this Saturday?

The cheapest hour of electricity will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a price of 44.40 euros/MWh. The most economical time slots will begin in the morning and continue until early afternoon, continuously, being perfect for carrying out tasks that require high energy consumption (such as doing the laundry, having to put on the washer and dryer).

When is electricity most expensive tomorrow, Saturday?

The maximum peak of electricity will occur from 00 to 01 hours, at which time it will reach 105.72 euros/MWh. Thus, unusually, it will occur in the middle of the night, without affecting consumers. However, these should not be trusted because, towards the end of the afternoon, some of the most expensive hours of light occur.
