The average price of electricity is 127.49 euros/MWh this Thursday, February 19, 2026, for consumers with a regulated or indexed tariff contracted on the free market, according to data published by Red Eléctrica. Electricity is therefore paid 1.03% more expensive, 1.30 euros more than on Wednesday when its value was 126.19 euros.

These amounts reflect the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (PVPC), an amount greater than that published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE) for the wholesale market, since it includes other concepts such as taxes and tolls.
