From Monday, September 1, Madrid and several community locations will experience scheduled lights. You have to be calm, since it is not a failure in the network or a massive breakdown, but about temporary interruptions necessary to perform maintenance and improvement work. The I-De Company, of the Iberdrola Group, explains that the Cortes will affect the capital and 17 other Madrid municipalities between September 1 and 5, 2025.
In addition, in a statement on its website, Iberdrola explains that if the works conclude before the planned time, the supply will be restored immediately and without prior notice. Now, for security reasons, households and establishment are recommended not to do work in their electrical facilities during the time the supply cut lasts.
