Starting Monday, December 1, both Madrid and several locations in the community will experience scheduled power outages. Regarding this notice, we must be calm, since it is not a failure in the network or a massive breakdown, but rather temporary interruptions necessary to carry out maintenance work and improve electrical installations. The company i-DE, of the Iberdrola Group, explains in a press release that the cuts will affect the capital and 25 other Madrid municipalities between December 1 and 5, 2025.
Furthermore, in the press release published on its website, Iberdrola explains that if the work is completed before the scheduled time, the supply will be restored immediately and without prior notice.
