During this first week of November, between the 1st and 7th, the Community of Madrid will carry out a series of scheduled power cuts in several locations. As reported by i-DE Grupo Iberdrola on its official website, these interruptions are not due to any general blackout or network failures, but rather to maintenance work and improvement of the electrical service. The interruption of the electricity supply will take place in more than 25 locations in the autonomous community.
The company has indicated that the outages will be temporary, as occurred in previous weeks, and if the work ends ahead of schedule, the electricity supply will be restored immediately and without prior notice. It is possible to consult in detail the power outages by municipality, area and time on the official Iberdrola portal.

How can I know if my municipality is affected?
To check if your home or business is among the affected areas, Iberdrola recommends accessing the i-DE Distribución Customer Area. From there it is possible to enter the exact address, check the scheduled outages and activate personalized notifications by SMS or email.
The company reminds that, for safety reasons, you should avoid manipulating the electrical installation during outages, since the supply could return before the expected time. They also advise planning household or work tasks taking into account the time slots and avoiding the use of elevators during the indicated periods.
