Iberdrola has announced that, throughout this week, from November 22 to 28, different municipalities in the Community of Madrid will experience scheduled power outages. These are not due to a failure in the network or an unexpected blackout, but are carried out to guarantee the quality of the service and the safety of the facilities, as explained by the electricity company itself. on your website.

Municipalities affected by the Iberdrola power outage

The 29 municipalities of the Community of Madrid that will suffer power outages from November 22 to 28 are: Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón, Algete, Casarrubuelos, Ceniientos, Cercedilla, Colmenar del Arroyo, Colmenar Viejo, El Cuadrón–Garganta de los Montes, Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Guadarrama, Leganés, Madrid capital, Manzanares el Real, Meco, Moraleja de Enmedio, Móstoles, Navalafuente, Nieves (Móstoles), Pinto, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Robledo de Chavela, San Fernando de Henares, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Torrejón de Ardoz, Villa del Prado and Villanueva de la Cañada.

In the capital, cuts have been scheduled in more than 35 different streets, from November 24 to 28:

  • November 24: Amadeo Gómez, Ángel Domínguez, Barber Island, Yeso Island, Galapagos Island, Zanzibar Island, Bahamas Islands, Hebridean Islands, Joaquín Jorge de Alarcón, Otero y Delage and Víctor Gil streets (6:00 to 8:30). Also on Av. Real de Pinto, Acebes, Arroyo Bueno, Doctor Criado, Plata, the Talleres passage and the Plata crossing (8:30 to 10:30).
