Iberdrola has announced that, throughout this week, from November 22 to 28, different municipalities in the Community of Madrid will experience scheduled power outages. These are not due to a failure in the network or an unexpected blackout, but are carried out to guarantee the quality of the service and the safety of the facilities, as explained by the electricity company itself. on your website.
In this way, these are planned works that are carried out periodically and that, on this occasion, will affect a total of 29 Madrid municipalities, including the capital. Municipalities affected by the Iberdrola power outage
The 29 municipalities of the Community of Madrid that will suffer power outages from November 22 to 28 are: Alcalá de Henares, Alcorcón, Algete, Casarrubuelos, Ceniientos, Cercedilla, Colmenar del Arroyo, Colmenar Viejo, El Cuadrón–Garganta de los Montes, Fuenlabrada, Getafe, Guadarrama, Leganés, Madrid capital, Manzanares el Real, Meco, Moraleja de Enmedio, Móstoles, Navalafuente, Nieves (Móstoles), Pinto, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Robledo de Chavela, San Fernando de Henares, San Lorenzo de El Escorial, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Torrejón de Ardoz, Villa del Prado and Villanueva de la Cañada.

Streets of Madrid where there will be blackouts
In the capital, cuts have been scheduled in more than 35 different streets, from November 24 to 28:
- November 24: Amadeo Gómez, Ángel Domínguez, Barber Island, Yeso Island, Galapagos Island, Zanzibar Island, Bahamas Islands, Hebridean Islands, Joaquín Jorge de Alarcón, Otero y Delage and Víctor Gil streets (6:00 to 8:30). Also on Av. Real de Pinto, Acebes, Arroyo Bueno, Doctor Criado, Plata, the Talleres passage and the Plata crossing (8:30 to 10:30).
- November 25: Secoya Street (00:05 to 03:30). Later, Av. Padre Huidobro, Av. Victoria and Rafael Botí (8:00 to 8:30). Then, Av. La Peseta and Escudo de Oro (8:30 to 9:30) and another additional cut on the same streets Av. La Peseta and Escudo de Oro (9:45 to 10:45).
- November 26: Secoya Street (00:20 to 00:35) and a second cut (5:00 to 5:15). Later, Capuchins and San Marcos (8:30 to 10:00). Between 10:00 and 11:30 there will be interruptions on Elisa, Esmeralda, Felipe Castro, Gabriel Usera, Isabelita Usera, Joaquín Márquez, José Anespere, Madridejos, Marcelo Usera, Mariano Vela, Rodrigo Uhagón and San Francisco el Grande streets.
- November 27: Santa Pola Street (8:10 to 10:10).
- November 28: Fermín Caballero streets, Arosa Island and Cíes Islands (6:00 to 8:00).

- Alcalá de Henares: cuts on November 22, between 06:00 and 08:00, on Barberán y Collar street, affecting more than 15 doorways.
- Alcorcón: November 27, with two interruptions (08:00–08:30 and 14:30–15:00) on 1º de Mayo Avenue and Gandhi Street.
- Fuenlabrada: cuts on November 25, 26, 27 and 28 in several neighborhoods: Ángeles (25N), Switzerland (26N, two cuts), Galicia–Paz–Vigo (27N) and Encina–Castaño–Móstoles (28N).
- Getafe: on November 25, 26 and 28, with interruptions in Francisco Largo Caballero, Prado Acedinos, peri-urban roads, and several sections of Avenida de la Paz during the early morning.
- Pozuelo de Alarcón: on November 27, from 09:00 to 11:00, in the urban center: Bajada de la Plaza, Campomanes, Chimeneas, Fuentecilla, Church and Hospital.
- San Fernando de Henares: on November 24, from 08:00 to 10:00, on Sierra de Guadarrama and Sierra Nevada streets.
- San Sebastián de los Reyes: three repeated outages on November 24 and 26 between 08:45 and 18:30 on the M-100, M-111 and Paracuellos axes.
- Torrejón de Ardoz: cuts on November 25, 26 and 27 in dense areas of the municipality: Maestro Guerrero, Maestro Guridi, Maestro Luna, Salvador Allende and La Solana.
