Tamara, cleaner and mother of a large family: “Instagram gives me 10 times more than what I earn cleaning, but I don’t leave my houses”

A woman with more than 160,000 followers has been cleaning houses since she was 12 years old and assures that, although social networks give her more economic benefit, she still does it for the love of the profession that allowed her to “get ahead, be a mother, raise and support.” Now she tells in her profiles what the life of a mother with a large family and who works as a cleaner is like, already being one of the most viral content creators in the world of motherhood.

This is Tamara Martínez, a content creator known as ‘@lasprincesasdetemara’ who has recently revealed an aspect of her life that her followers did not yet know: her work as a cleaner. “I have never told you this and most of you believe that I only dedicate myself to social networks,” she begins by saying in the video where she reveals her work as a cleaner.

For her, “each house has its own routine, its details, and I really enjoy putting everything in order and doing my work with dedication and care,” which makes her really like her job.

“This job has given me life, being a single mother, I have always been able to combine it,” says Tamara.

I could earn 10 or 15 times more with Instagram

She feels proud and satisfied being a cleaner, since this job “has given her life”, since being a single mother of three daughters, it has always allowed her to balance work life with motherhood.

Tamara admits that thanks to Instagram she could earn between 10 and 15 times more than cleaning, and that she could easily support herself with income from social networks alone. Even so, he highlights that this job has taught him “consistency, stability and discipline,” in addition to helping him “to value silent effort.”

Although social networks have become a fundamental part of many people’s daily lives, the future is not guaranteed. For this reason, Tamara emphasizes that “if Instagram ended tomorrow, I would know how to move on and that is also freedom.”

Making known what she does outside of social networks has opened a new line of content, since she now also uses her profiles to share some of the cleaning tricks she has learned throughout these 12 years of experience.

The best cleaning tricks

One of its most recent recommendations is focused on preventing and eliminating one of the most common problems in homes: mold on balconies and terraces. Tamara explains that bleach only hides it and warns of the existence of an “effective and homemade” formula to put an end to it. The method consists of applying cleaning vinegar, letting it sit for five minutes, and then scrubbing with a brush.

Next, baking soda is added and the surface is scratched again with the brush. As a last step, mop to remove the remains of the product and completely eliminate the mold.
