The average price of electricity for households with a regulated or indexed tariff in the free market stands at 160.73 euros/MWh (euros per megawatt hour) this Thursday, November 20, 2025, according to data published by Red Eléctrica. This price shows an increase of 7.31% compared to the data recorded this Wednesday when the price of electricity at its PVPC was 150.87 euros/MWh, which means paying 10.95 euros more to your pocket.
It must be remembered that this figure corresponds to the Voluntary Price for Small Consumers (PVPC), which is different from the one set by the Operator of the Iberian Energy Market (OMIE) since this corresponds to the wholesale market and is known at noon.
