The average price of electricity for this Sunday, November 16, 2025, stands at 34.14 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) in the wholesale market, according to information published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE). This represents an increase of 8.52% compared to the price of Saturday, which stands at 31.46 euros.
It must be taken into account that although this increase affects consumers with regulated or indexed rates in the free market, these prices correspond to the wholesale market. To know the final price we will have to wait for the publication of the PVPC which will be around 8:30 p.m.

Electricity remains below the levels recorded in November of last year. So far this month, the average wholesale market price stands at 47.24 euros per megawatt hour, far from the 101.36 euros reached in the same period of 2024.
