This new electricity price represents a drop of 26.37% compared to this Friday’s data when the The cost of electricity in its PVPC was 147.16 euros/MWh. In your pocket, this change means paying 38.81 euros less.

It must be taken into account that this figure corresponds to the Voluntary Price for the Small Consumer, what is known as PVPC and that it is different from that set by the Operator of the Iberian Energy Market (OMIE) which corresponds to the wholesale market and is published at noon.
The PVPC includes other concepts that make it more expensive compared to the one set by the OMIE and these are access tolls or system charges and electrical adjustment costs, applying to those with a regulated or indexed rate.
