In Spain, the price of electricity for this Monday, November 10, 2025, is 81.69 euros per megawatt hour (MWh) in the wholesale market. If we compare it with the price recorded this Sunday, set at 57.90 euros/MWh, we can say that it has risen 41.08%, according to data from the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE).
This increase in the rate affects consumers with a regulated rate (PVPC) or indexed in the free market, since the price of energy varies according to the price of the wholesale market. Of course, it should be noted that this cost does not include tolls or other taxes. The final price is given by Red Eléctrica at the end of the day, around 8:30 p.m.
