More and more German companies are deciding to move part of their operations to Poland. What is the reason for this?
The number of companies from Germany that decide to move production to Poland is growing – reports Polish Radio, citing the German magazine “Focus”. There are several reasons for such decisions, and one of them is the smaller bureaucratic obstacles in our country.
There are already around 9.5 thousand German companies operating in Poland, and more companies are planning to move to our country. For example, we are talking about the household appliance manufacturer Miele, which justifies its decision to move not only with less bureaucracy in Poland, but also with lower costs.
Another company that has announced the transfer of production from Germany to Poland is the Kempf company, which has been producing agricultural and construction vehicles for 75 years. The brand’s owners are not happy with the politics and economic situation in Germany, which is said to hinder the company’s investments and development.
In addition to lower bureaucratic burdens, tax relief and good infrastructure in Poland, German companies also value well-educated specialists in our country. According to “Focus”, Poles are more motivated, more willing to develop and more interested in the success of the company. In addition, Polish specialists feel personally responsible for any mistakes. The appreciation of women in management positions in Poland is also of great importance.
