How to prepare Chef del Mar Raw Lobster

The manufacturer indicates that the product must be previously thawed in the refrigerator and cooked completely before consumption. These are some of the most common ways to prepare it through traditional cooking:

  1. Fill a large pot with plenty of water and salt.
  2. Bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the lobster when the water is boiling.
  4. Cook between 12 and 15 minutes, depending on the size.
  5. Cool slightly and serve whole or chopped.

Once cooked, it can be added chopped to brothy rice, paella, fideuá, soups or seafood broths. Regarding its conservation, the product must be kept at –18 ºC, without refreezing after thawing.
