Requirements to collect financial aid of up to 15,000 euros
Applicants who meet all requirements and have carried out the necessary procedures through the Digital Administration of the Community of Madrid (through this link) They may collect financial aid of up to 15,000 euros (maximum).
Last year (2024) 1,717 autonomous and small businesses benefited that charged an average of 5,525 euros. To collect these grants, two types of requirements, the general and the specific ones will have to be met.
General requirements
Applicants cannot be public entities, and will have to be aware of tax obligations with the State Administration and the Community of Madrid as well as with Social Security. Carry out its activity in the Community of Madrid and not have the status of subsidy beneficiaries to natural and legal persons in which any of the circumstances provided for in points 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17 ‘General of subsidies’ concur. Specific requirements
The specific requirements to be able to collect this help are divided into two lines, as noted from the electronic headquarters of the Community of Madrid.
- Obtain or renew some certification of norms or standards regarding social responsibility or launching director plans that have as its object that obtaining or renewal as well as participating in initiatives, projects or groups that promote social responsibility in the subsidable period.
- The beneficiary will have to formalize at least one teleworking agreement or time flexibility with a worker linked to the company or hire staff in the teleworking modality. The day will be at least 75% of that of a comparable full -time worker, the agreements will be linked to a minimum validity period of one year and the purchase of electronic devices will be linked to these teleworking agreements.
The deadline to ask for these aid is 3 months since the activity that is to subsidize is carried out.
