A woman must decide if she gives her mother the money of her grandparents’ inheritance so that she can pay the housing mortgage. In a post that has shared on the social network Reddit (@r/amitheasshole), he explains that both she and her sisters have received 500 euros (600 dollars) from her deceased grandparents and that although it is not much money “it can change our lives, taking into account the economic situation in which we are.”
The amount they have received is 600 dollars (511.76 euros), a sum that had managed to collect their grandparents and have left each of the sisters. But, days after collecting the inheritance, his mother sent him a message in which he asked for the money to “pay the mortgage of my grandparents”. But with what intention? She is clear. “My mother wants to move to that house but it will not do it until two or three years pass,” he writes in the text.
