The average price of electricity in Spain for this Friday, November 7, 2025, is €68.22/MWh in the wholesale market. In this way, the weekend begins with a new increase in the price of electricity of 27.97 euros, taking into account that this Thursday’s price was 40.25 euros/MWh, according to data published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE).
This new price will affect consumers with a regulated or indexed rate within the free market, taking into account that this does not include taxes or tolls. This information is given at the end of the day by Red Eléctrica.

When is electricity cheaper this Friday, November 7?
The lowest price of electricity will be recorded from 04:00 to 05:00, when it will cost 33.76 euros/MWh. Furthermore, the most economical hours of the day will be concentrated between 03:00 and 06:00, with prices ranging between 33.76 and 49.69 euros/MWh, which makes this period the most recommended to concentrate electricity consumption and save on the bill.
When is electricity most expensive?
The most expensive time of the day will be between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., with a cost of 107.57 euros/MWh. It is also recommended to avoid the periods between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., where prices remain very high, with an average of more than 100 euros/MWh.
