The average price of electricity on Monday, December 1, 2025, will be 91.78 euros per megawatt hour (€/MWh), according to data published by the Iberian Energy Market Operator (OMIE). Thus, the price of electricity drops again by 8.89% (7.31 euros less), if we compare it with the price recorded this Saturday, set at 82.23 euros.

When is electricity cheaper this Monday?

The cheapest hour of electricity will be in the morning, between 11:00 and 12:00, with an average price of 68.20 euros. Other cheap hours within the daytime slots will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., where the average price will be 69.57 euros.

When is electricity most expensive?

On the other hand, the most expensive time will be in the afternoon, between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., with a price of 138.25 euros/MWh. It will also be necessary to avoid the hours between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., since the price will be 137.87 euros/MWh.
