The economist and professor at the University of Barcelona, Gonzalo Bernardos, has once again debated the employment situation of young people in Spain, especially when they charge a low salary and are forced to have two jobs. During an intervention in the program ‘La Sexta Xplica’ it has described as “a great injustice” that there are people charging a salary of “18,000, 20,000 or 21,000 euros and two jobs and must pay the personal income tax when Up to 22,000 and having a single job are exempt”
Although it is not the first time that Bernardos is positioned in this aspect, criticizing this position of the Treasury, he affirms that no one will “nothing” to change it. For the expert, it is the same young people who should be planted.
