BBVA ‘gives away’ up to 760 euros in cash to new customers who open an account through digital channels and direct debit their payroll or pension. This bonus will occur, as reflected on its website, during the first year and there are no penalties or permanence. In recent days, many banks are trying to attract new clients who domiciliate their pensions or payroll in exchange for cash or household appliances such as televisions (as is the case of CaixaBank).

In order to get this promotion, you must open an online account at BBVA by entering the code PLAN760 when registering once it has been verified that the requirements are met. This money is distributed in several tranches, up to 400 euros for direct debiting a payroll or pension of at least 800 euros per month. 120 euros for direct debit of bills such as electricity, internet or water, 120 for paying with an Aqua debit card and 120 more for using Bizum (both individuals and businesses).

In addition, there are associated bonuses, which are paid as long as the requirements are met and do not change during a certain period of time. And what happens when it’s not like that? That the promotion stops and the bonus is not collected and returns when the conditions are met again.

Of course, on the bank’s page they warn that you must enter the code when the account is opened as long as it is before January 8, 2026, when the period ends.

Award to those who make bizum and operations

With this new promotion, BBVA aims to encourage the contracting and use of its basic financial services, such as the online account, the debit card and digital payment channels. Everyday actions such as paying with the Bizum application or the card in stores will serve to add points.

The campaign joins other ongoing proposals focused on digital customers, who will have the opportunity to choose between other promotions that are exclusive. The wide offer stands out for young people between 18 and 35 years old, with a commission-free account, a card with conditions for free travel and an eSIM card with mobile data for 10 days.

In July, BBVA Open Market Director in Spain Beatriz Gamazo indicated that with both campaigns “BBVA reinforces the growth strategy with digital channels, making available to the customer the ability to choose between the promotion they like the most, achieving direct economic benefits with products designed for everyday use.”
