Mercadona will open the doors on June 1 of one of its largest supermarkets in Spain. The new store of the Juan Roig chain will be in Cabo de Palos, in the Murcian town of Cartagena and will replace the establishment that the company has a few meters away. Another point that stands out in this new Mercadona is the parking, it will have capacity for 235 vehicles in a basement of 8,700 square meters. The mayor of Cartagena, Noelia Arroyo, and the director of External Relations of Mercadona in the Region of Murcia, Ana Beléz Martínez, have highlighted that this opening not only expands the commercial offer in Cabo de Palos, but will have a strong impact on the local economy throughout the year.
