Arsenal rounded off their preparation for the new Premier League season in style, earning a 6-0 win over Sevilla.

Arsenal certainly came out out of the traps fast and it didn’t take long for the goals to start coming.

Mikel Arteta’s side took just 10 minutes to win a penalty after Saka was pushed over by Karim Rekik, with the youngster converting from the spot.

Three minutes later, new signing Jesus scored his fifth goal in pre-season for the Gunners.

After controlling a cross-field past, the Brazilian got on the end of Granit Xhaka’s parried cutback before sending it into the net.

Just 60 seconds was all it took for Jesus to double his tally, putting his side three goals to the good with just 15 minutes on the clock.

With the Gunners on a rampage, and the Spanish outfit looking rather shell shocked, Saka soon got involved again.

The star capitalised on the pressure his side’s high-pressing had put on Sevilla goalkeeper Yassine Bounou, who kicked it into his path.

After a season of struggling to score, the Gunners’ first half goal flurry will serve as a real relief for Arsenal fans.

And in the second period the hosts were able to add two more to the score.

Jesus completed his treble by hammering home from close range before Nketiah got in on the act, rolling home a Gabriel Martinelli pass after Xhaka set up a counter.
